§ 4350. Liability of partnership to partners for disbursements and obligations

The partnership is liable to every partner for the amounts he may have disbursed on account of the same and for the proper interest; it shall also be liable to every partner for the obligations he may have contracted in good faith by reason of the partnership business, and for risks inseparable from its management.
