A partnership continues during the time agreed upon; in the absence of an agreement, for such time as the business which has been the exclusive object of the partnership may last, if by its nature it has a limited duration; and in any other case during the lives of the partners, without prejudice to the rights reserved to them by § 4391 of this title and to the provisions of § 4395 of this title.
