§ 4251. Provisions governing analogous charges

Charges of a similar character which may be established after the promulgation of this Code, should they be for an unlimited time, shall be governed by the provisions established for emphyteusis in the preceding subchapter.

Should they be temporary or for a limited period, they shall be considered as leases and shall be governed by the provisions relating to such contracts.
