The power of attorney terminates when:
(1) It is revoked.
(2) The agent resigns.
(3) The principal or the agent dies, bankruptcy, or insolvency.
(4) The principal becomes incapacitated to administer his/her property, unless a durable power of attorney has been executed, as provided in § 4421a of this title.
