If the hidden vice of animals, even if a professional inspection has been made, should be of such a nature that the knowledge of experts is not sufficient to discover it, it shall be considered as redhibitory.
But if the veterinarian, through ignorance or bad faith, should fail to discover or to give notice of it, he shall be liable for losses and damages.
