§ 3559. Capitulations by incapacitated person

The attendance and [consent] of the guardian designated to such effects shall be indispensable, to ensure the validity of the capitulations granted by a person against whom sentence has been pronounced declaring him/her incapable, according to the provisions of this title and the Code of Civil Procedure.
