The following are disqualified by natural incapacity:
(1) Lunatics or insane persons.
(2) The blind and deaf, in those things a knowledge of which depends upon sight and hearing.
(3) Minors under ten (10) years of age, who appear to be unable to receive exact impressions of facts on which they are examined, or to give an exact account of such facts.
