The inventory made by the heir, who afterwards repudiates the inheritance, shall benefit the substitutes and the intestate heirs, with regard to whom the thirty days for deliberation and in which to make the statement prescribed by § 2810 of this title shall be counted from the day following that on which they received notice of the repudiation.
