§ 2811. Administration during inventory

In every case the Court of First Instance may provide on the petition of the interested party during the formation of the inventory until the acceptance of the inheritance, for the administration and custody of the estate for that purpose, an administrator with the necessary legal capacity who shall present a bond to be fixed by the court.
