Citizens of Puerto Rico may make wills abroad, according to the forms established by the laws of the country in which they are sojourning.
They may also make wills on the high seas, while on passage in a ship of the United States or foreign country, in accordance with the laws of the State or Nation to which the ship belongs.
They may also execute holographic wills, under § 2161 of this title, even in countries the laws of which do not recognize that form of will.
