§ 2128. Duress, deceit, or fraud—Preventing execution of will

A person who, by deceit, fraud, or violence, prevents another person, of whom he is the intestate heir, from unrestrictedly executing his last will, shall be deprived of his right to the inheritance without prejudice to the criminal liability he may have incurred.
