§ 1503. Forms of usufruct

Usufruct may be constituted on the whole or on part of the fruits of a thing, in favor of one or several persons, simultaneously or successively, and in any case from or to a certain day, with or without conditions. It may also be constituted on a right, provided the same is not absolutely personal or not transferable.
