The actions of the prodigal or drunken person, prior to the suit, shall not be contested for prodigality. Those that are subsequent to the date of the summons and subpoena of the prodigal or drunken person, shall be rescindable if they would result in grave injury to the interests that should be placed under the tutelage of the prodigal.
