§ 706. Guardianship of insane persons and deaf-mutes—Opinion of experts and other proof

The Court shall, before decreeing the incapacity of any person, hear the opinion of one or more physicians and admit such other proof as it may deem necessary, such as the report on the socio-economic condition of the ward or tutor, subscribed by the Special Solicitor of Family Relations or by the Attorney General’s Office.
