§ 182. Share of absentee in succession

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding section, when a succession is opened to which an absentee is called, the share of such absentee shall accrue to his coheirs, unless there is some person with rights of his own to claim it. In every case, the Court of First Instance shall order an inventory of the estate, with the intervention of the prosecuting attorney.
