§ 139. Annual accounts

The administrator of the absentee shall file annual accounts of his administration, which shall be examined in due course of law contradictorily with an administrator appointed ad hoc to represent the absentee.

The judgment rendered with respect to the said accounts shall be considered prima facie evidence of their correctness.
