While in office, the Property Registrars shall constitute the Illustrious Corps of Property Registrars of Puerto Rico. Said organization shall be governed by the bylaws approved by the Secretary of Justice.
The Administrative Director of the Registry may be present during the deliberations of the Corps or of any of the commissions created by regulations.
