§ 32530. Transfer of spirits and alcoholic beverages from industrial plants

With the previous authorization of the Secretary or an authorized representative, spirits or alcoholic beverages may be transferred from an industrial plant to any public or private bonded warehouse established pursuant to this part without having to pay the taxes established herein.
