§ 10634. Administration by the Executive Director; evaluation by the Department of the Treasury

Except when otherwise provided in this chapter, the Executive Director shall be in charge of the administration of this chapter, of the evaluation of applications, of the determination of eligible investment, of the issuing of the qualification certificate and the credit certification subject to the provided in §§ 10623 and 10630 of this title and shall exercise the powers, discharge the duties, and comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter.

The duties related to income taxes established in this chapter, shall be administered by the Secretary of the Treasury.
