P.R. Laws tit. 10, § 4021c
The District Office of the Fire Prevention Bureau of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps shall inspect and certify, to be strictly required prior to enrollment in the registry and the subsequent annual renewal thereof, that such inflatable ride or chamber is safe for use. The Fire Marshal shall establish through regulations the requirements to be met by inflatable rides or chambers for their safe use. A stamp shall be created to identify those inflatables that have passed inspection, prior to registration or renewal; such stamp shall be placed prominently on the inflatable. The fixing of a five-dollar ($5) maximum charge per inflatable ride or chamber inspected, plus the cost of the stamp, shall be authorized through regulations.
