Any person engaged in the business of renting or operating inflatable amusement rides or chambers shall register in the Inflatable Amusement Rides or Chambers Owner Registry of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps. The Fire Marshal shall establish through regulations the requirements to be complied with for the initial registration and subsequent annual renewal in the registry.
