All matters concerning the administrative hearing procedures, adjudicative procedures, and reconsiderations and review of orders and resolutions issued by the Commissioner shall be governed as provided in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”, and the regulations adopted thereunder.
