§ 2182. Confidential personal information

For the purposes of this chapter, confidential personal information shall be deemed to be any information found in a computer or computer network as stated below:

(a) Names, surnames and initials of any person.

(b) Credit or debit card numbers.

(c) Any secret code used to access the information indicated in this section or to access financial information.

(d) Social Security Numbers.

(e) Bank, credit balances, payment history to financial institutions, overdraft or insufficient fund information.

(f) History of visited webpages.

[(g) History of Internet shopping.]

[(h)] Mailing and physical addresses.

[(i)] Medical records.

[(j)] Academic records.
