The Department of Consumer Affairs shall be empowered to adopt the rules and regulations it deems pertinent to comply with the purposes of this chapter by using the powers and faculties vested in it by §§ 341—341w of Title 3, known as the “Department of Consumer Affairs Organic Act”.
