In all computations of days, months, and years, a day shall be understood to mean twenty-four hours; months shall be computed as designated in the Gregorian calendar, and years shall be understood to mean three hundred and sixty-five days.
Such cases as are otherwise provided for in this Code or in special laws are expected.
