Each licensee shall keep such records of accounts to be collected as well as the collections made under this chapter which permit the Secretary to determine if the licensee is complying with same and shall keep, for the purposes of this chapter, said records for at least three years after making the last entry therein. The accounting system of each licensee shall adjust to the principles of accounting generally accepted and shall contain the information that the Secretary may require.
