§ 976. Purpose

This chapter has the purpose of protecting the health of persons, animals and vegetable life, public health in general, and property, through the proper reglementation of the activity of applying, by any means or device, and for profit, insecticides and/or economic poisons to lands, buildings, structures, and properties of whatever kind, located in Puerto Rico.
