§ 241c. Mislabeling

The use of any design, symbol, word or group of letters or words, or of any type of advertisement or labeling which may cause, or may induce or lend itself to cause, confusion as to the true origin, quality or condition of meat marketed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is hereby prohibited. The Secretary is empowered to adopted regulations to carry out this provision.
