§ 2. Agreements with departments, agencies, bureaus or instrumentalities of the Government of the United States

The Governor of Puerto Rico may execute agreements with departments, agencies, bureaus or instrumentalities of the Government of the United States engaged in the taking of censuses, so that they may have charge of the works of taking manufacturing and business, population and dwelling, agricultural and any other censuses in Puerto Rico.
