§ 972k. Preservation of ballots and poll certificates

The Commonwealth Election Commission shall preserve all the ballots and the poll certificates corresponding to the Plebiscite for a term of not less than ninety (90) days from the date of the certification of the results. Once said term elapses, all ballots may be destroyed, unless a judicial or administrative proceeding is pending, in which case they shall be conserved until the proceeding concludes or the court ruling becomes final and binding.
