§ 972i. Orientation and information campaign

The Commonwealth Election Commission shall organize an orientation and information campaign on the plebiscite to be held, exhorting voters to register and participate; the manner in which voters shall mark the ballot to cast their votes; and the definitions of each one of the options. For such campaign, the Commonwealth Election Commission shall employ all communications media and any available public broadcasting techniques, including electronic media. The campaign shall begin at least sixty (60) days before the date on which the plebiscite is to be held. As part of its information and orientation phase, the campaign shall reproduce verbatim in the media, the definitions of the options, exposing each option equally.
