§ 972d. Elegibility to vote

All residents of Puerto Rico duly qualified as voters, in accordance with §§ 4001 et seq. of this title, known as the “Election Code for the 21st Century” (hereinafter the “Election Code”), shall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite.
