The fees to be paid by the subscribers or members of the hospital and/or medical-surgical services and the rates for hospital service to be paid to the hospitals and the fees to be paid to the doctors for the services that they render to the subscriber shall be reasonable in connection with the benefits provided. Said fees and rates may be revised by the Commissioner of Insurance.
