§ 157. Elimination of dwellings inadequate for residential purposes—Enforcement powers of Secretary of Health

The Secretary is hereby authorized, empowered, and instructed to begin and effectuate any and all acts and/or orders necessary or advisable for carrying out the provisions, purposes, and intents of §§ 155—160 of this title.
