The Communities Revitalization Administration (ARCo.), the intermediary agency, shall render an annual report to the Department of Housing specifying the number of accounts it administers, the total of matching funds assigned to those accounts and the source thereof, the activity in active accounts and any other reasonable information that does not violate the privacy of the participants and that allows the evaluation of the program. The Department of Housing shall be responsible for submitting a summarized annual report, with the information contained in the reports received from the Communities Revitalization Administration (ARCo.), to the Governor of Puerto Rico, the Legislature, the Senate Committee on Housing and to the House Committee on Urban Development and Housing.
