The Secretary of Housing shall adopt such regulations as are necessary and consistent with the purposes of this chapter, and the same shall have force of law after their promulgation pursuant §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act”.
