The following terms shall have the meaning stated below for the purposes of this chapter:
(a) Developer. — Any natural or juridical person engaged in the construction of housing projects.
(b) Elderly person. — Any person age sixty (60) or older.
(c) Person with a disability. — Any person with a physical or mental disability which is a substantial limitation for him/her in one or more main activities of daily living; or a person who has a history of such disability; or a person who is considered and tended to as a person with such disability.
(d) Housing. — Any structure destined for individual or collective housing, of which the development or construction has begun after the approval of this act.
