§ 64. Rents deposited with internal revenue collectors—Regulations for receipt of deposits

The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to prepare the regulations that may be necessary for the receipts and handling of these deposits and the later transfer of funds to the Puerto Rico Housing Authority.
