§ 801. Requirements of owners of multistory buildings; automatic extinguishers and fire escapes

Every owner of a multistory building shall provide and maintain continuously a usable automatic fire extinguisher in every floor and shall keep the fire escapes lighted and without obstacles to be able to leave in cases of emergencies.
