§ 759. Sale price—Formula

In the case of low-income families, as defined in this chapter, the title shall be granted for the sum of one dollar ($1). The granting of title deeds to families which because of their income are not within the definition of low-income families shall be granted for the price determined according to the formula established herein:

The percent corresponding to the family according to its income in the table which appears below shall be multiplied by the basic appraisal value of the lot to which title is to be granted; the product shall be the selling price.

Those families having an adjusted gross income of $16,801, or more, shall pay the basic appraisal value of the lot.
