§ 661. Program for interest on home mortgages—Authorization and limits

The Housing Department is hereby authorized to establish a program to grant mortgage interest subsidies on four thousand (4,000) new homes during the life thereof, or up to a maximum of thirty (30) years on those granted to moderate-income families, to finance the purchase of their homes.
