§ 660b. Additional obligations—November 14, 1974

The Housing Finance Authority is hereby authorized to incur additional obligations under §§ 651-660c of this title to such extent that in no year the total payment of additional subsidy deriving from the obligations herein authorized may exceed twelve million two hundred thousand dollars ($12,200,000) in addition to the subsidy already bound by obligations incurred under the provisions of the original text of §§ 651—660c of this title and § 660a added on July 23, 1974; Provided, That the subsidy herein authorized shall not be offered to any housing unit located in a project in which the average price per unit is more than $26,500 or $30,000 in expensive land and/or construction areas, and in buildings classified as multistory, pursuant to the standards and regulations of the Puerto Rico Planning Board.
