The subsidy shall be readjusted every two (2) years in accordance with the below-described schedule taking as a basis the initial subsidy, or that is, the initial subsidy equal to one hundred percent (100%):
First and Second Years 100.00% Third and Fourth Years 88.57% Fifth and Sixth Years 76.78% Seventh and Eight Years 63.78% Ninth and Tenth Years 49.44% Eleventh and Twelfth Years 33.64% Thirteenth and Fourteenth Years 16.22% Fifteenth Year 0.00%
