The sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is hereby appropriated from any available funds in the Commonwealth Treasury for the purposes of providing funds for the organization of the Office and to defray the operation expenses for the fiscal year 1967-68. The necessary appropriation for subsequent years shall be included in the General Budget of Expenses of the Government of Puerto Rico.
