§ 3046. Non-applicability of the Investment Companies Act to the fund

The provisions of §§ 661 et seq. of Title 10, known as the “Investment Companies Act”, nor the regulations promulgated thereunder, shall be applied to the funds authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
