§ 1365v. Directors and committee members—Limitation of employment

No member of a Board of Directors may be an employee of a savings and credit cooperative until at least two (2) years have elapsed from having ceased in his/her office on the Board or committee, whether by completion of his/her term of office, or resignation from the position held on a Board of Directors.
