The Corporation shall hold an annual informative assembly of all insured cooperatives within ninety (90) days following the closing of its annual operations. The annual report mentioned in § 1335c of this title shall be discussed in this assembly. If there were causes that prevent the holding of the assembly within said period, the Board may, with the approval of two thirds (2 / 3) of its members, postpone the holding thereof for a maximum period of one hundred and twenty (120) days.
