The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, in its capacity as trustee of each one of the trusts created pursuant to this chapter, shall have the following powers and faculties:
(1) All those powers and faculties that are expressly conferred to the trustee in the document through which each trust is constituted, subject to §§ 2541—2581, inclusive, of Title 31.
(2) To sue and be sued as trustee and in representation of each trust.
