§ 1257. Investment in proprietary interests of a fund—Transfer of title

The transfer of proprietary interests in an investment capital fund or in a designated entity shall be subject to the requirements established by the Commissioner through regulations. The regulations to be promulgated by the Commissioner shall provide for the reporting by the fund or the designated entity to the Secretary of any transfer of proprietary interests in the fund or the designated entity of which said fund or designated entity has knowledge.
