The fund or the designated entity shall file the reports required by the Commissioner and he/she shall be responsible for regulating their contents and the date on which they shall be filed. The fund or the designated entity shall forward a true and exact copy of said reports to the Secretary and the Bank within the term established through the regulations promulgated by the Commissioner.
